How do i change my username?
It’s not possible to change your username, you can create another profile with another email. Then make the transference of your subscription to the new profile, on the main page go to profile and click on transfer. Read the instructions and rules to make the transference, type the username that will be receiving the credit and click on transfer.

How do i change the color of my profile?
To change the color of your profile you just have to go to profile and then click on general. On this page select the color you want and click on change.
I think my pages are too bright, how do i change the color of my pages?
To change the color of your pages (messages, visits, opinions, etc.) just click on the link change the color of my pages that is on the main page.
How do i hide the pictures that are shown on my main Page?
To hide the the picture that are shown on your pages (messages, visits, videos) click on the link hide pictures that is on the main page. Or check the option hide pictures when you login on your profile.
Ps: if you open a profile the pictures will be shown.
I hide my the pictures now they do not open, how do i show them again?
To show the pictures on your pages again you have to click on show pictures that is on the main page. Or clear the option show pictures when you login on your profile.
How do i change my email?
To change your email you have to go to profile, click on email. On this page type your password and your new email two times. Open your email and click on the link that was sent, to confirm. In case the email is not there, see if it is on junk.
Ps. the new email can not have been registered with another profile.
How not to receive informatives?
If you don’t want to receive informatives, login with your username and password, go to profile and click on email. Click on change for the option I want to receive newsletter.
How do i change my password?
To change your password, go to profile and click on password. Type your password and your new password to change.
I lost my password. What should i do?
To get your password again you have to click on the link lost password? on the home. fill the fields with your informations and it will be sent to your registered email.
How do i save my password on my computer?
If you don’t want to type your password everytime you login on the site, you just have to check the option remember me on the home.
How do i remove my password from my computer?
To remove your password from your computer you just have to click on profile, password and then click on remove saved password link.
How do i upload pictures on my profile?
To upload pictures to your profiles go to profile and the my pictures. On this page you will be able to add/change your main picture. To add/change pictures to your profile just click on photo album. Make sure your picture is a JPG file and up to 200kb.
How do i send pictures on my messages?
To add hidden pictures you have to click on profile, my pictures and then photo video. videos select as hidden the pictures you want to add to your messages and click on change.
How do i remove pictures?
To remove pictures you have to go to profile, my pictures and then photo album. Click on remove link on the picture you want to remove.
How do i watch the videos?
To watch the videos on the new system you have to have installed the latest version of FLASH PLAYER . We suggest you to download from this link: http://get.adobe.com/br/flashplayer/?promoid=DXLUJ.
How do i add a favorite?
To add a favorite you just have to open the profile you want and then click on add to favorites. Select if you want this favorite to be invisible or visible on your profile.
Obs. It won’t be possible to add a favorite that had blocked you.
How do i remove a favorite?
To remove a favorite you just have to click on friends and then my favorites. Select the favorites you want to remove and then click on remove selected. on this page you will be able to change your favorite status, click on the icon edit preferences to change the favorite to visible or invisible.
How do i block a user?
To block a user you have to open the profile and click on block. After that, the user won’t be able to send you message, see when you are online or add you as favorite.
How do I become a Gold member?
To become a Gold member, have unlimited messages, watch videos, visits and much more you just have to click on membership. On this page you will find all informations.
How do i send message?
To send message you just have to open the profile you want and click on send message link.
How do i read the messages?
to read the messages click on messages and the received. Click on the subject to open the message box. To reply the message, click on reply icon on the message box.
Can i put my email, phone number or my website address on my profile?
It is not allowed to put email, phone number or any kind of contact on your profile, only on messages. If you put these informations on your profile it will be removed. Every single profile is manually checked by our team.
I have paid the boleto and i am not Gold yet
Payments made with boleto are released on the next business day after the payment.
Payments made on Saturday will be released next Tuesday.
